  1. Liverpool Reject £11m Bid For Alberto Moreno

Liverpool FC have turned down an £11m bid for Alberto Moreno from Napoli. The club have told the Italian side that they want £15m for the Spanish left back who does not feature in Jurgen Klopp’s for the coming season.

Moreno, 24, moved to Liverpool in August 2014 from Sevilla for a fee of £12m.

There is also reported interested from his former club Sevilla as well as inquiries from two Premier League clubs.

Moreno has not featured much under Klopp with midfielder, James Milner starting ahead of him in the left back position.

If Moreno leaves, that will leave Liverpool short of options for that position and could mean that Jurgen Klopp will be on the look out for a replacement.

  2. Lorenzo Insigne Interested in Anfield Move

Reports emanating from Italy suggest that Lorenzo Insigne is interested in a move to the Premier League, specifically to Anfield. Insigne, who has been in contract negotiations with his current club Napoli since the summer wants £100,000 per week, a figure Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is unwilling to pay.

According to Italian sports TV channel, Rai Sport, contract negotiations between Napoli and Insigne have stalled and the left winger, who is currently valued at £22m is very interested in playing his football at Anfield.

The 25 year old Italian is reportedly a big fan of Jurgen Klopp and believes he would fit in perfectly to the German’s style of football. He has played 176 games for Napoli and scored 29 goals and provided 41 assists.

Both Liverpool and Tottenham are reported to have scouted the player last season.
